A restored 1898 Palladian mansion set on ten private acres of formal gardens, oak allées and reflecting pools — fifty miles up the Hudson, forever away from everywhere else. Capacity up to 300 guests across four ceremonial rooms and two outdoor terraces.
Four Rooms,
One Estate.
Each space was restored from the original architect’s 1898 drawings. They can be hosted independently or threaded into a single arrival-ceremony-reception sequence with our coordinator.
The Grand Ballroom
A 4,200-sq-ft restored ballroom with original parquet floor, six Bohemian crystal chandeliers, north-facing palladian windows and a raised marble proscenium.
The Garden Pavilion
An open-air pavilion under a glass conservatory roof, surrounded by the formal rose garden and the original 1898 reflecting pool. Climate-controlled, available year-round, retractable walls for indoor-outdoor service.
The Oak Room
An intimate library room with floor-to-ceiling oak panelling, a Carrara marble fireplace, and two Edwardian crystal sconces. Reserved for rehearsal dinners, welcome receptions and elopements.
The South Lawn
A flat half-acre lawn framed by 200-year-old oaks, with mature wisteria pergola and the estate’s restored Italianate fountain. Permits supplemental tenting for parties up to 300.
Events Hosted at the Estate
From 30-guest elopements to 300-guest galas, we host fourteen private events each season. The estate is closed to the public — your guests are the only people on the grounds the day of.

Tour of the Estate.
Tours run Tuesday through Saturday, 10am–6pm, by appointment only. An estate manager will walk you through the four ceremonial rooms, gardens and bridal quarters — allow ninety minutes.
We reply within 24 business hours with three suggested time-slots. Tours are free & carry no obligation.
