"
The Grand Oak treated our 240-guest wedding like a state dinner. Helena and the team walked us through every choice without ever pushing a single one. The ballroom photographs were straight out of Vogue.

We toured nine venues in the Hudson Valley and only one made my husband-to-be tear up in the parking lot. The Garden Pavilion is the most beautiful room I’ve ever stood in. Our 180 guests are still texting us about the food.

Our museum’s 50th-anniversary gala raised a record $1.4M at The Grand Oak. The staff is a true production team — we asked for impossible things and they nodded and made them happen. We’ve already booked 2026.
