Full Planning & Design
Concept to execution. We translate your vision into a complete design palette, build your vendor team, manage every contract and run the day. 12–18 month engagement.
Partial Planning
You’ve booked the venue and have ideas — we step in for the heavy lifting. Includes vendor referrals, design refinement, and month-of takeover. 6–9 month engagement.
Day-of Coordination
You’ve planned the whole thing yourself — we take the baton on month-of so you can rest, get married, and not check your phone once. 4–6 weeks ahead.

A real-world wedding timeline, the way Camille writes it for every couple. Twelve months is the sweet spot — six is possible, three is intense, two is a force of nature (we’ve done it).
Discovery & Strategy
The complimentary 60-min consultation. We listen, you talk. We send you a custom proposal within five business days with a budget framework, a planning calendar, and three venue short-lists.
Design & Vision
Mood boards, color palette, paper goods, table-scape design, florals concept. By the end of this phase you have a complete design book you can hand to any vendor.
Vendor Curation
We book the team: photo, video, florals, music (band & DJ), bar, catering, beauty, transportation, rentals, stationery. We negotiate & manage all contracts and payment schedules so you don’t have to.
The Final Plan
Master timeline, ceremony & reception floor plans, vendor arrival schedule, guest logistics. We do a tasting, a final dress fitting, and a full rehearsal walk-through.
Your Perfect Day.
We arrive 8 hours before. We manage the team of 30+. We carry safety pins, sewing kits, snacks, and an emergency fix for everything. You get married, eat your dinner, and dance until your feet hurt.

I’m Camille Whitfield, founder & lead planner. I started Ever After in a 9-square-foot rental office above a King Street boutique in 2014. Twelve years and 250+ weddings later, our team of seven is still here, on this block, planning weddings I’d be proud to attend myself.
What hasn’t changed: every single Ever After wedding is planned by me or one of my two senior leads. You will never be passed off to a junior on your wedding day. Ever.
